The project VESSEL is run by HKALPS Limited, which is a registered charitable organisation under Section 88 of Inland Revenue Ordinance (Cap. 112).

We aim to cultivate creative processes by means of arts, culture, green living, sports and community engagement, starting from Kwun Tong, and hoping to make our City more livable, productive and innovative.
